I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at USAA in Nov 2014
Interview
Completed on line application. Received phone interview in about a week. Recruiter asked questions about your previous employees, like why you left the job. He asked questions like how do u handle upset customers?
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
