The USAA representatives were professional and courteous during all interactions. They took great effort to discuss timeframes and ensure there was a common understanding on what was expected during a particular phase. 2 x phone screens, on-site interview, background check, drug test. I will re-iterate what others have said - be honest and forthright about any background challenges you might have --- if you lie, I'm pretty sure they will find out and it will torpedo any opportunities you might have in getting hired.
