Very structured process. Applications are accepted online only. I formatted and printed a nice resume, but never provided it, because it was all online. The phone interview was with two hiring managers, and the 1:1 was supposed to be with two, but only one showed up. It was very straightforward, and for anyone who has had a job interview before, there were no particular twists or mind games to it.
