- Spoke with Sydney based agency recruiter after applying via Linkedin and we organised a MSFT Teams Interview interview the next day, - Teams interview lasted 14 of the allotted 30 minutes, recruiter had not taken note of previous conversation and asked many of the same questions. - ended call with outlining the process of organising an interview with Usana HR and ANZ GM and that she would provide full JD and more details about role. - Did not hear anything the rest of the week. - Followed up on the outputs from the interview (JD and interview that was taking place this week) and ignored by recruiter. - Subsequently then received an auto-email from Linkedin advising I was unsuccessful. - Followed up recruiter again with rejection email and ignored. - Exceptionally unprofessional to deal with candidates in this manner, and a poor reflection on the company.
