The process took about 2 months. Be patient with HR bc they are super slow. Hr lady called me for phone screening a month after I submitted my resume. She asked basics questions like tell me about yourself, strength, weakness, work experience and reason for stopping working, scale my skill. Few days later I got an email saying the supervisor wanted to have a second interview with me. It turned out there was another person join him for the panel interview. They were pretty lay back, the interview turned casual as we started talking like friends. My tips is be patient with HR, answer only what HR ask-she is busy, so no time for chitchat, but be very open mind and friendly with supervisor in the second interview.
