The interview process was fairly smooth and didn't go on for weeks once the first contact from the recruiter was made. I was scheduled to chat with the hiring manager and team within a week. The team interview was an 8 person panel which was a lot and IMO went very well. What I did find strange is the hiring manager was in the team interview and introduced and spoke for each team member vs. each person speaking about and for themselves. Does this mean employee's don't have a voicie? I was told they would have a decision made within a week and that I would hear back about the position. 3 weeks later and a ping to The Recruiter about the position and I didn't receive any type of response one way or the other. This lacks professionalism and potentially says a lot about the environment and what to expect from both the company and team.
