HR called me a week later telling me I made it past the first round and then set-up a phone interview with the plant manager of the location I picked. Phone call was barely an interview, very casual like talking to a friend. Notified a few days later with an offer.

I was called back a week later to have a follow up interview with the plant manager of my desired location. After that interview I was called a few days later with an offer.

It was a campus interview, and got accepted for an interview. Interview was relaxed. They made me feel welcome, and they wanted to my personality more. They didn't ask for technical questions. I overall enjoyed the interview
