Depending on the office you visit, you may get invited to a 1 on 1 interview, or you may find yourself part of a huge group. Some of the hiring managers are only doing what they were told. Stick around you will get a 1 on 1 interview. If the manager does not spend time with you or answer your questions openly, walk out. There are other offices and unfortunately, you found one of the few bad ones.

You'll get pulled into a room to discuss whether or not sales is for you. Then shortly after you will be placed in a room with other potential candidates and you'll be shown powerpoints about the company and it's pay structure. Then after, you'll be asked a series of questions in regards to the position, on paper. Then whether the recruiter wants to proceed forward it shouldn't be that much of a problem.
