Interview started off as a group interview and after the manager gave his schpiel, people were taken in individually. You were asked to dress professionally, but some people looked more casual than I would have dressed. You were taken in for individual interviews in the order you came.

A large webinar followed by a one on one meeting with the office manager. Both sessions were brief and not very intense. I got the impression that they wanted to make a hire.

Generally very few questions. Most of what I was asked was about whether I understood the process of making sales.
Group presentation, the managing director spent the whole time telling us how much money you could make there. Even displayed giant checks with his quarterly bonuses. It was very ostentatious.
