Group interview then one on one interview . This was not a call center manager position. It was sales and commission only. In the posting it said base pay plus commission. And nothing about sales.

Started with a "sell you " presentation. First warning sign. If someone needs to show you pictures of others on a vacation type outing to try to ready you for the "pitch" my advice is leave asap. this is almost a pyramid type company.

None - after the presentation slide show I asked about the position and was told they don't hire management, they start people at the bottom.
