I applied online. I interviewed at USHEALTH Advisors (Pompano Beach, FL) in Nov 2018
Interview
This is NOT an interview. It's a sale. They talk to a dozen people in a room and make this huge presentation that is essentially a sales pitch for working for them. (CLUE #1) Then they ask each person a few simple questions that are only to determine if you can get a license (CLUE #2) Then you get a job offer. It's a big scheme. They will tell you they have a health insurance product that is simply too good to be true. Read the reviews on it. It's more like AFLAC than Health Insurance. It doesn't even meet federal guidelines for health insurance coverage.

Question 1

1- Presentation – This session, attended by you and around 20 others, likely provided an overview of the company, its values, and possibly details about the role you were all interviewing for.
2. Manager’s Exposition – After the presentation, the manager shared their own career progression within the company. He explained that they expected for you to work between 50 to 70 hours a week. They rest (maybe) on Sundays. They work 8am to 8 pm Monday to Saturday all year around.
3. One-on-One Interviews – Following the manager’s talk, each candidate was taken individually by an employee for a private interview, allowing for more personal interaction and a better opportunity to assess
