Meeting with the Division Manager where he discusses a company overview, products, compensation, benefits, leads, training, and job duties. After which I was interviewed by one of the Leaders on a more personal level. I was interviewed on a Friday and was so excited about the opportunity, I started that Monday.

They sell you a hope and dream. It is a very motivating/happy interview; however, they do not tell you what sacrifices you need to make for this job. Also the salary description is false and you only find out in the meeting (it's wasn't really an interview) that is commission only.

Very long informational and one on one interview. Went through a slide show about the company and selling insurance. Initially contracted through email. Sells idea about making money off selling people health insurance.

Seemed Scammy. There was a big group interview and they did not advertise what they did appropriately. I did not go forward as it felt scammy and the people looked as if they were not legitimate
