I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at USHEALTH Advisors (Nashville, TN) in Oct 2019
Interview
I was brought into a room with a group where we watched a presentation about the company. It was almost an hour and a half of presentations before I actually was interviewed which only lasted maybe five minutes. It was a very strange process. It felt like they were selling the job and the insurance at the same time. Three people from the company spoke at different times and they kept talking about how much money they made. At one point someone from the group asked "what is the most challenging part of the job?" He responded, "trying to spend all of this money." It was a joke and he then answered the question but it was very off putting. There was such a focus on money that after the presentation I still felt like I did not know about the company. The whole thing seemed unprofessional, strange, and uncomfortable, almost to the point that I was starting to think that it had to be a pyramid scheme or MLM. I do not know for a fact that this is what it is but it definently felt that way.
The actual interview consisted of one real question and then straight into costs and money. As a manager and someone who does interviews this was disturbing. I would not work for a company that does not truly interview or vet future employees. Part time side jobs have better interview processes.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Why are you looking for a new career and how do you think you would fit into the company?
The interviewer/location manager was late for his own meeting and did not seem interested in hiring. He bad-mouthed other interviewees and talked extensively about how much money he makes. The job itself seemed nice but I would not want to work for this man.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at USHEALTH Advisors (Frisco, TX) in Aug 2020
Interview
Not an interview more of presentation, if you agree to everything you most likely will get the position. The issue is they tell you a lot on how flexible and how great the work life balance is and it sounds great, then they turn around and say can you commit at least 50 - 60 hours every week for a year. They then tell you how some people are doing so week they only work k2 days a week, but then tell you that the expect you to work in the office everyday because this work cant be done from home.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you willing to commit 50 - 60 hours every week in office? Are you willing to pay for all your licensing and marketing costs upfront?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at USHEALTH Advisors (Denver, CO) in Feb 2020
Interview
Watched a company overview which took about 45 minutes, then had a 1:1 interview. I had a call scheduled for a follow up two days later and never got a call at the scheduled time. Tried to call the company, but couldn't get through to anyone. Sent an email to recruiter and finally got a call back an hour later as I was walking into another appointment.
