Interview
A little confusing? I received an email requesting that I join a ZOOM meeting in a couple of days. The "leader" went through his experiences, his salary numbers, and vaguely described the effort required to reach that level. At the conclusion, those that were interested were asked to send a text to him. A few days later, I was asked to come in to talk in person, but there were no questions about my resume, career goals, or experiences. I was simply handed a packet and was told to expect a call from the onboarding specialist. I wasn't really sure that I had been hired until the e-mail arrived.

There were no interview questions. Later, I learned that out of the initial pool of 22 people, the company selected 3.

Interview
Very straight forward. They are honest in laying out the expectations and requirements to succeed. They advised, you be willing to make 800 calls per day. You are encouraged to have a personal goal to help drive you in your success (i.e. financial freedom).
