The interview process was good. We were shown a presentation and told about the company. Then we went over the products that we would be offering and then went over commissions. Then was able to talk with several agents who have been with the company and they all talked about the products and the system used to sell them.

Easy interview people were very nice. Explained a good bit on who they were and how they operated. They said they provided tons of bonus a year and compensation. 100% commission I believe as well.
