Thank you for your comments. We certainly appreciate your perspective. We'd also like to share our philosophy about what it takes to lead a sales team with our organization. We subscribe to a philosophy that one must learn to walk before running...and must learn to run...before flying. Because we work in a highly-regulated industry, we have found that it is better to teach our agents & leaders everything...from the ground up. Therefore, all sales leaders within our organization must first understand our business from the agent's perspective. Only then, are they considered qualified to serve other agents as a sales leader.
