I applied online. I interviewed at USHEALTH Group (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2021
Interview
I applied online and received an invitation for an in person interview. I arrived and entered the building 15 minutes early where I was then walked into a conference room where a presentation was already being conducted to a room filled with at least 30 other candidates. For the next 15 minutes the woman leading the presentation echoed the company's desire for "hungry go getters" that wanted to make "6 figures or more their first year". After she was done shamelessly bragging about her huge compensation, another employee entered and began immediately boasting about his 5 million dollar salary and subsequently spent the next 45 minutes showing us his own employee's huge weekly paychecks. He then skimmed through a powerpoint presentation that listed the responsibilities of the role and from what I gathered you would be required to set up your own LLC and purchase leads from him in order to attempt to make any sales. Before the final 10 minutes of the scheduled "interview", a long line of current sales employees awaited outside the conference room where they entered one by one calling on candidates name's to proceed with the 1 on 1 portion of the interview. At this point (although I should have done it much sooner), I respectfully withdrew my candidacy and exited the building.
