They contacted me via email asking me to meet with the divisional manager for a formal interview the day after I applied to this position. I went there the next day with 10 other applicants and the divisional manager gave us a presentation about the company for like 30 minutes. Then I met with an interviewer in his office and he asked me a few general questions. They never mentioned there was no base salary and whole thing felt like a scam. The interviewer asked me to come again the next day for the second interview, this time with the actual divisional manager, but after reading some reviews online I decided to cancel since it's almost like a pyramid scheme and there is no base salary.

They start with a "webinar" that just reeks of being an MLM. They provide a rough overview of the company but try to spend a lot of time spewing fluff to make you think you'll make $100,000 a year your first year. Maybe that's possible? Seems scammy. They go on a rant about how you don't want an insurance company to provide you training and pay for your insurance license because they'll own your license after that (this doesn't even make sense). This was more of a sales webinar than an attempt to introduce you to the company and potential position.
