Interview
I received a phone call after putting my resume on monster. They scheduled an interview. When I got there, I was told to go across the hall. This room across the hall was a conf room type with about 5 other people in it. Two guys guys that were not dressed nice spoke for about an hour about how much you could make with the stock IF it increases 500% over the next 4 years. After the hour, we were to wait while others went one at a time to a personal interview. This took forever.
I went in for my personal interview in which he asked the usual questions about where i sold in the past. If I was willing to spend $500 and a weeks time to get an insurance license. After the interview, he sent me some videos to watch and a bunch of forms to sign and I took the class and tests from the insurance dept.

Question 1
Are you willing to spend $500 and a weeks time taking an insurance class?
Group Interview and then one on one. Sales presentation and overview of company and culture. Went around and asked each person why they are interested in the position. Sounds like you need to hustle and work 12 hour days.
You are put in a room with everyone else interviewing that day. You endure a 2 hour seminar touting their wealth and how great it is to join the company when you just walked through a small, cold, empty office building to get to the interview. This place clearly is. not cultivating successful careers. They said we would have to pay about $250 out of pocket just to be able to work. Unless you're desperate I don't see why anyone would work here.

No questions really. They just rant about how they've made millions
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at USHEALTH Group (Melbourne, FL) in Nov 2018
Interview
There was no interview. Just boring talk. Boring questions and a waste of mine and your time. Pay your employees. The manager had only been there for over two years and was completely rude
