Interview
A small group of selected candidates were called in for about an hour long overview of the company and its mission. Before we began we each person had to fill out the companies new hire questionnaire. After the meeting was over they let the people leave who no longer wanted to be considered and individually called back the remaining candidates one by one to do the interviews they were all very kind and helpful.

Initial pitch makes the job and the money sound amazing, but then once in the one on one interviews they begin to describe the truth- 12 hour work days, 0 base pay (only commission), no benefits and the "leads" your given are outdated from what i've heard.
