USHEALTH Group Sales Manager/Sales Executive interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. They scheduled me for an in person "interview" the following day. Walked in to the office and it wasn't much of an interview, more of a watch this presentation and let me sell you the position. The manager was talking about how great this company is and showing slides about how successful employees are. Be aware that this is a 1099 position , no matter how they try to tell you otherwise. Their "salary" is essentially a loan that you owe back to the company if you don't meet the sales quota or decide to leave the company within the first year. You also have to pay upfront for licensing fees. If you want a reliable income with medical coverage/benefits seek elsewhere. They will try to sell you on how much potential you can make but understand CAN doesn't mean will. At the end of the interview manager asked how everything sounded and I said honestly a W2 position sounds more reliable.
