USI Insurance Services Associate Employee Benefits Account Representative interview questions

Initial phone meeting with a recruiter started poorly as the recruiter was over an hour late. Pre-screening questions were typical, moved along to a meeting with a hiring manager who read questions off of a script without making eye contact with me. Both stages seemed quite disorganized. The hiring manager stated the recruiter would notify me with next steps. I guess I technically haven't been rejected yet, but seeing as it's been 7 weeks with no response from the recruiter to my inquiries, I'll assume someone else has been granted the unfortunate opportunity of dealing with them.
