Interviewed 3 times, was told I had a position. I even went to an active project to talk to a project manager who told me he didn't know why I wasn't hired yet. I then waited to hear back for a week, reached out, but I was ghosted and all my calls and emails went unread and heard no response.
Laid back. Talk about the job and the benefits. They ask about your life style and if you can handle the on call, working weekends. I was offered the job right at time of interviewing.
