Straight forward, you must be a employee with locating experience, Casual dress, there are 2 separate interviews, one with your district manager, and then your regional manager. The process was very quick and because you have to be a current employee, drug tests and back ground tests art needed. You will take a personality assessment after the first round of interviews

In-person interview with District Manager and Regional Director to determine if candidates were a good fit for a position. The interview was very friendly and inviting and allowed the candidate to interview the company as well to make sure it was a good fit for both sides.
