The most odd job interview I have ever had. Asked barely any questions about background skills, most questions were about culture fit. Interviewer basically said they didn't believe in work-life balance, and they want people who are going to eat, sleep, and breathe the brand. Sounds like another way to convince people to work somewhere they will be exploited for little pay.
