Bait and switch. They keep open rolling postings, even for full time permanent roles on their website. Completed screening with hiring manager. Was invited for 2nd round in person. Hiring manager did not meet me once in person, and provided no communication. Was interviewed by a different yet friendly staff member, however they held the role for which I had actually applied. They kindly informed me that the role I applied was not truly open and that I would only be considered for entry level position. They keep filled position postings to "cast a wide net." Disrespectful and waste of everyone's time.
