This interview was pretty standard. Just a phone interview. When asked why I was interested in a part time position, I explained that I was also going to graduate school. The interviewer didn't seem to like that because she said over and over that she didn't think that it would work with me also going to school. She at one point even tried to get me to agree to withdraw from school if I were offered the position. I finally said to her that I didn't think we needed to keep talking because I could tell that it wasn't going to be a good fit. I certainly wasn't going to quit grad school for a $13 an hour part time job. She called me back a few days later, but I still told her that I didn't think that it would be a good fit.
