Interview
Two interviews. About 45 min each. The interview was very standard and straightforward. It seems like a friendly place to work that is very fast paced. As long as you are prepared for your interview and on time, it should be fairly easy.
Quickly shuffled through the process once my application was submitted. Initial interview/screening with HQ HR personnel then in-person interview with field Director. Lots of great questions, both functional and ideological to get a sense of the "why" I wanted the job rather than, "can you do this job?" and "can I spend 40 hrs/week with you"? After the interview I received a call within 24 hours to be offered the job.
