Very awkward interview environment, the Area Dirctor was out of the office so the interview was recorded for her. Strange questions about my military service with very little focus on the job requirements .

They asked for an example of conflict resolution from my service in the military (which was more than 5 years prior, I had years of other experience to draw from)
National Onboarding. Meeting locally with director for interview. It took only 1 week after the interview that I received an official job offer. I was able to pick my first day to start.

Interview
The interview was with three current employees asking questions about myself and my hobbies. The questions they asked were geared towards how to deal with difficult situations. The interview process also discussed the hours for a new center that they were opening near by. However those hours were very inconvenient for me and I believe they picked up on that. Ultimately when I left the interview I knew it was not the right job for me.
