UST Executive Assistant interview questions

Initial call from internal recruiter. Asked about my salary expectations (asked if I was interested in earning lower than what they were offering! Very unprofessional). I was then invited for an interview with one of the partners. Have been chasing the recruiter to get a feedback a few times. Since then 2 weeks have passed and I never heard back from them. Very bad and unprofessional approach.
