3 interviews.(1.1 month long process till offer)All Interviews went well. Round with manager was technical round while rest both were general discussions on profile.Onboarding and negotiations poor experience(could be because of that one person who is not well experienced). Salary also average but understandable since it's a service based company. Has huge variable pay. Offer was shared online late evening but the HR person did not bother to call and inform which hampered that overall experience. Also post offer, no communication till joining date which is also a huge concern especially during covid wfh joining context. Onboarding needs to be more professional.
