UST interview questions

3 interviews (HR, Head of Sales, UK Managing Director) then absolute silence. Never heard a word back. Internal recruitment had no understanding of the required role but regardless still really poor form and professionalism, regardless of not being a fit for the role.

After passing the written aptitude test had to go through the technical and hr interview. Both the interviews went well, and the managers who interviewed were very calm, helpful and friendly.
