Interview
Asks a few basic questions, such as..."Do you know how to make a gear?". Basically looking for some small aptitude but mostly perseverance and willingness to go the extra mile. The interview will be with the director. Try to show him what you can bring to the table and a few small projects you have done. This is mainly a chemical lab, but there is a use for mechanical, electrical, and biology people too.
