the interview has three steps, first you need to prepare a nice cover letter since they will grade your cover letter and resume to decide whether they will give you future contact. Second is a questionnaire, you will be asked several question according to this position, and some behavior questions. If your questionnaire is acceptable, they will reach you for a onsite interview.
