Essay's, recommendations and an in person interview. Was conversational and very laid back. It was a very elite group and I was nervous going in but I was immediately put at ease by the interviewer. I had to wait to be chosen which was a little nerve racking but that is just the process.

It is not difficult interview process. It is just process to become a graduate student or Phd student.
It wasn't too long, but it was around the 30 minute mark, so I liked it. I didn't have too much trouble with it, but I heard some people had really hard questions.
Interview process is moderate. My interviewer was nice and mostly questioned about the API integration and slack workspaces. Was asked about split screen feature in slack and how its coded.
