Interview was professional but did not feel pushed or pressured to answer perfectly. Interview felt more like an opportunity to share my thoughts and experience. Interviewers were very open and honest with my questions. Interview process involved meeting 10-20 individuals followed with one on one time with several of them. It is obvious that all persons involved were very busy but they each took time to speak with me as a prospective team member. Overall the department seems fantastic and well run from top to bottom. The radiation oncology HR seems difficult to deal with and was one of the main off-puts for working here.
