I applied online. I interviewed at UT Southwestern Medical Center
Interview
Started with phone interview then to panel interview. Total time for in person part of interview was 3 hours. First hour is skills assesment, peer interview, then hiring director.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UT Southwestern Medical Center
Interview
Lengthy, ridiculously bureaucratic, was recommended by several people for the role, interviewed with 15+ people, 4 different rounds of “final” interviews and then at the very end did not have the courtesy to tell me why they went in another direction.
Thankfully, I had enough sense to recognize that this organization’s culture is very poor and political and interviewed/accepted another offer. I can only imagine if that’s how UT treats candidates, how they treat their employees.
I also used to have 3 doctors with UT and that will stop effective immediately.
