I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UT Southwestern Medical Center (Dallas, TX)
Interview
11 managers from different offices interviewing 5 applicants at the same time. One person narrated and the managers all took notes and after being asked 3 questions then the applicants left the room for them to discuss who they wanted to hear more from. Applicants were walked to the breakroom and one name was called at a time and a second round of interviews were conducted with who actually wanted to hire you. If you were not selected for a position then HR called you into the room to ask you more questions but it was just to be nice because nobody selected you for the position. An email was sent later in the day stated you were not selected.
