Full phone interview, then panel interview with managers. It's not too formal they really just want to see that you can contribute right away, know the details of research, and would be willing to work your schedule around patients treatments.
Then follow-up with PI's, a little bit more intense but still typically very friendly people. Very open with what the job will be like and the pros and cons involved.
