I was working as a Temp for a few months and I applied for the full-time position online. I'd already taken a skills test so I just needed to update my resume. HR recruitment called me and let me know that a department was interested in interviewing me for the position and I accepted. Then they sent an email with interview date, time, location, and contact. The interview itself was pretty informal, the main interviewer was basically looking to see if we "meshed" well, as she said it. We would be working closely together and I honestly think she was looking for a new friend... My test score and resume pretty much summed up all of the important information they needed to know. We chatted very briefly about my experience and skills. The rest of the interview was small talk and I ended up asking more questions than they did me. Like I said, I think she was looking for a new friend.
