I applied for the residency and was contacted for an interview about 6 weeks later after the application closed. There were 2 interviewers in the room, they were very nice and made me feel comfortable. I was contacted approx. 2 weeks later for the job offer.

I applied in December, received a email for an interview in late January and had my interview on February 4th. I was pretty disappointed with the lack of communication from the team, I didn't hear anything back from UT for two months even though I emailed multiple people and attempted to reach others by phone. I finally got an email response in May letting my know I did not receive the position. I had driven 10 hours for the interview and would have just liked some type of response.
