Contacted by recruiter pretty quickly, interview with hiring manager set up for that same week. I had to get 5 references completed prior to the interview. In the weeks since the interview, I have not gotten a response from the recruiter. Emails and voicemails have not been responded to or acknowledged. Either way, a response to an inquiry post interview should be provided. A simple “we haven’t made a decision yet” or “unfortunately we don’t feel you are a fit” would suffice. To simply ignore requests for communication is unprofessional.
