Applied in November and had phone screen, face to face early December which was a 4 hour process. Included testing, full panel with analytical team, Director, and Management. After constant communication and reference check no offer was made. Entire process took nearly 3 months.

I applied online. UTSW IT recruiting is extremely slow. Process took months. Finally HR personal called to phone screen me. In response to the next step, she said we will have you bring you in for an in person interview. The very next day, I got an email saying that this position is filled. I was confused by the process. I responded to the mail asking, Did UTSW already hire the BA personal while phone screening was going on? or what is the real hiring process in the IT dept? Of course I didn't get a response to that email even though the email was not an automated one but the address belongs to an IT employee.
