Staff CRNAs and MDs were all friendly and conversational, and seemed more than satisfied with the environment. Multiple individuals mentioned a "family" culture. Potential turnoffs: medically directed, dated scheduling (mix of 8s, 10s, 12s,), limited scheduling requests in first 6 months.
