Initial phone screening interview with a recruiter. Was sent a take home assignment to do. Met with the hiring manager, and two other staff in the department. Asked about my experience with statistical software and working with healthcare data. One question about the assignment. Follow up call with a member of HR to provide references. Was made an offer shortly after references were checked. Took about 3 weeks.
