Phone interview first. Choice of zoom or in person interview second. First interview very easy they ask you 4 general questions about yourself and about the units you chose. Second interview they are reading directly from a pamphlet and taking notes. My interview was me and a board of people.

Phone screening first, recruiter was super nice and helpful! Then you describe your top 3 unit picks. The recruiter moves your screening notes onto the unit manager of the unit you want to apply for.
