Interview
The first stage is online application. Quite easy one. No CV or covering letter or transcript is needed. Just provide basic personal information in academic life and work experience.
Then I was push to an analysis test. It examine the level you can master Excel. Some questions need short answers. The time is 2 hours. I didn't have enough time to do the all but got passed.
Then I was invited to the video interview. Only two questions and each require you to answer in 60s. I prepared well and was confident about my answers. But I just got the rejection this morning.
Maybe I am not suitable for Uber. And Uber is not suitable for me to contribute myself, either.

Interview
Interview process included analytical testing and a video interview.
The analytic testing requires 30 questions to be answered in 2 hours. This seems like a lot of time but it does go quickly. Questions range from interpreting data from an excel data set and making use of pivot table. Short answer questions more relate to marketing requiring short answers and creative ideas.
