1 - Applied via LinkedIn 2- Phone interview The person conducting it told me I had only 10 minutes because he was running late and was taking my call in the elevator. All throughout the phone call he used f-bombs. Then asked me what my hobbies were, what I could bring to the table and what I did for fun. 3- Networking interview Highly unprofessional. It was hosted at the offices in Brickell, Miami's financial district. They had 25-30 other candidates in the same room with maybe seven Uber employees. They offered everyone free and unlimited beer, wine and food and expected you to network and interview under those circumstances. There is no way anyone can conduct a legitimate interview under those conditions.
