It was a great experiencing interviewing with UBER. They try to understand how deep is your knowledge of their product and how creative you are. They look for creative people who can base their assumptions on data. The two Group Discussions are very important and they test your capacity to listen to the others, to be flexible, to think fast and to communicate effectively. In the individual interview they are more technical and they make behavioral questions. The process is smooth and amazing.
