The recruiter had a thick heavy Chinese accent that made it impossible to understand what she was asking. Phone screen with HR, then 'creative project', then video chat with hiring manager...The assignment was a 5 hour commitment before meeting anyone. The original hiring manager moved teams, and by the time I had my video chat, 4 weeks had passed. Required a lot of follow-up on my part. Did not feel they treated candidates well.
